Hospitality Functions
A limited number of hospitality rooms are available at the Omni Hotel
at CNN Center. Only Autovation® exhibitors and sponsors may reserve
these rooms. Vendor hospitality functions cannot coincide with
Autovation® activities. Equipment may not be displayed or demonstrated
in hospitality rooms.

Final Program Advertising
Advertising in the Autovation® final program ensures exposure to representatives
from utility-service companies around the world. Because
Utilimetrics limits the number of advertisements that appear in the final
program, Autovation® planners encourage vendors to act quickly —
prime ad positions sell out rapidly.
The deadline to reserve ad space for the Autovation® final program is
July 7, 2008. To reserve your space, complete a
Final Program Advertisement Application. For more information, contact

Innovation Showcase
The Innovation Showcase is a forum where companies that manufacture,
sell or service metering solutions can share details about their
products and services during dedicated 25-minute presentations.
Only utility delegates are permitted to attend the Innovation Showcase
sessions, which allows utility prospects to ask questions specific to
their needs and objectives.
To learn more about the Innovation Showcase or to obtain your
25-minute presentation timeslot, contact Madhuri Carson at
mcarson@utilimetrics.org or 847/480-9628. Timeslots will be
awarded by lottery.
It’s in the Bag
Include your eye-catching collateral in registration bags that all
attendees receive. Utilimetrics permits materials produced by other
organizations to be placed in the registration bags so that every
person who comes to Atlanta will have the chance to learn about your
company’s offerings.
- Open to all exhibitors and non-exhibiting companies.
- Participants can include a single brochure in the registration bag.
Materials cannot exceed 9” x 12” in size or 12 pages in length.
- Fee:
- $750 for Autovation® exhibitors
- $1,000 for non-exhibiting companies that are registered
to attend Autovation®
- $1,400 for companies that do not plan to
attend Autovation®
- Utilimetrics must review and approve collateral in advance
- After receiving approval, participating companies must ship
1,600 copies of the collateral directly to the Georgia World
Congress Center (shipping instructions will be provided
at a later date)
Hotel Room Drops
Utilimetrics can deliver your company’s collateral to the sleeping
rooms of all Autovation® attendees staying at the Omni Hotel at CNN
Center. The room drop, which will include materials from all hotel
room drop participants, will take place the evening of
Monday, Sept. 8 — the peak check-in day.
- Open to exhibitors and non-exhibiting companies.
- Deadline for participation is Aug. 15.
- Utilimetrics will deliver one brochure or item to hotel guests late
Monday night/early Tuesday morning through hotel staff. Item
must not exceed 9” x 12” in size, 12 pages in length or three
ounces in weight.
- Fee:
- $1,000 for Autovation® exhibitors
- $1,500 for non-exhibiting companies that are
registered to attend Autovation®
- $2,000 for companies that do not plan to attend
Autovation®
- Utilimetrics must secure a minimum of three companies by
July 28 to move forward with this promotional program.
